Kiss Fitness Bootcamp brings functional training together in a fun group session, our sessions focus on bodyweight & team training, plenty of games and group activities. We use battleropes & powerbags as the main equipment providing demanding cardiovascular and resistance based training for a full body workout.
Expect plenty of variation in a structured group session, you'll move your body through movement patterns you’d long forgot, from crawling, hopping, jumping, crouching and many more. You’ll also focus on the basics, squats, press ups, dead lifts and pressing movement patterns for a full body metabolic training session.
Sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities and skill levels, our personal trainers will take you through each exercise, show you correct technique and correct it when necessary. Each bootcamp is able to progress with increased intensity independent of the group due to nature of our sessions, essentially, put more, get more out. and likewise you can slow down at any point.
