Weigh In Workout enables Bootcamp session customers of Kiss Fitness to get weighed at your session, your weight will be recorded and tracked. Much like at any diet or weight loss club, we will weigh you before our Bootcamp sessions, your results will be stored against your account and can be reported on at any time, plus if you are a personal training client we will add your results to our on-line training platform for you to review at any time.
This is great for motivation and to track your weight loss and progress while attending fun & motivating sessions.
There is no charge for this service.
We realised that many people only went to a local weight loss clubs to get weighed so in an effort to maximise your time and provide a motivating workout environment and as fitness professionals we wanted to provide such a service for our customers.
If you would like to get weighed before a group exercise session, simply turn up 10 minutes before the session and we will use this time to get you weighed.
If you have your weight taken before one of our Bootcamp sessions you will be given a my weight card detailing your weight on this date.
