Kiss Fitness Circuits sessions are great fun, get the heart going, provide lots of different exercises and equipment and all with motivation from passionate instructors to ensure you get a fun & enjoyable workout

Exercises in a circuits based session includes the use of body weight, kettlebells, powerbags and medicine balls for dynamic and engaging exercises. Work at your own level or push yourself for a more demanding session with motivation from a qualified fitness professional. Circuits offers general body conditioning, weight loss as well as balance & co-ordination training for lifelong health, well being & fitness.

At Kiss Fitness our personal trainers run both outdoor and indoor based circuit training sessions.
